Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Physician Office


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in a busy physician’s office. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist providers during patient examinations and procedures

- Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and patient symptoms

- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and safety

- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians

- Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for analysis

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations

- Educate patients on health management, medication usage, and follow-up care

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of clinical areas and equipment

- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and confidentiality protocols


Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice

- Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive patient information

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
