Description

The HR AI & Workforce Analytics Specialist at Hyper Solutions plays a key role in helping shape the future of Human Resources through artificial intelligence, workforce analytics, automation, and digital innovation. This position partners closely with HR leadership to identify opportunities that improve recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, workforce planning, and overall HR operations while building scalable solutions that support the company's continued growth.


This role operates at the intersection of Human Resources, technology, analytics, and business strategy. Working closely with the CHRO and cross-functional stakeholders, the HR AI & Workforce Analytics Specialist will implement AI-enabled solutions, develop workforce insights, and drive continuous improvement across HR processes and employee experiences.


This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys solving business problems through technology, is naturally curious about emerging AI capabilities, and is passionate about using data and automation to improve how organizations attract, develop, and support their people.


Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR leadership to develop and execute Hyper's HR AI, automation, and workforce analytics roadmap 
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve recruiting, onboarding, employee experience, reporting, and HR operations 
  • Research, evaluate, and pilot emerging AI technologies that deliver measurable business value 
  • Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards supporting recruiting, retention, workforce planning, and key HR metrics 
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders 
  • Develop reporting that enables informed, data-driven talent decisions 
  • Evaluate and implement AI-powered tools that improve HR efficiency and employee experience 
  • Design and implement workflow automations that reduce administrative work and streamline HR processes 
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and business leaders to successfully deploy AI-enabled solutions 
  • Measure adoption, effectiveness, and return on investment for AI initiatives and recommend ongoing improvements 

Additional Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to maximize the value of HR technologies including Paylocity, LinkedIn Recruiter, and future HR systems 
  • Assist in evaluating future HR technology platforms and AI capabilities 
  • Develop AI best practices, prompt libraries, documentation, and training resources 
  • Promote responsible AI usage by supporting governance, security, compliance, and data privacy initiatives 
  • Explore opportunities to improve employee communication, engagement, onboarding, and development through AI-enabled solutions 
  • Gather employee feedback and analyze adoption data to continuously improve HR technology solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field 
  • 1–5 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Technology, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Process Automation, Talent Acquisition Operations, or a related field 
  • Exceptional candidates with relevant internships, academic projects, portfolios, or independent work will also be considered 
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies 
  • Experience building dashboards, AI-enabled workflows, automations, reports, or analytical solutions 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills 
  • Highly curious, self-motivated, and passionate about emerging technologies 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Human Resources or Talent Acquisition organizations 
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Paylocity, Workday, UKG, ADP, or similar systems 
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms including Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or similar tools 
  • Exposure to AI implementation, digital transformation, or business process automation initiatives 
  • Experience working within a high-growth organization 
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms

Location

Onsite in Richmond, VA, or remote, depending on candidate location and business needs.


Compensation

The anticipated hiring range for this role is $80,000–$100,000 per year and up based on relevant experience. Actual salary may vary based on factors including experience, skills, certifications, and location. This hire will be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on factors such as individual and organizational performance.
