About ProEdge
ProEdge Dental Compliance Labs is a team of selfless builders. By putting our focus on the success of customers, we've created a healthy, quickly-growing, and dynamic company. Our ~60 team members have taken on a significant challenge: transform compliance in the dental practice – often a distinct pain for our customers – into a culture of shared purpose for the safety of patients and staff. By keeping our promises and developing value-based solutions, we've created an emerging brand in dental.
Because of that, at ProEdge “good work” is table stakes. What we are building requires something rarer: someone who can bring consistency, ownership, and precision to the movement of customer orders, inventory, and materials throughout our operation. This is a place for low-ego, high-agency problem-solvers who think deeply and execute to excellence.

The Logistics Coordinator Opportunity
ProEdge is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the accurate, timely, and efficient movement of customer orders, inbound materials, inventory, and shipping activity throughout our operation. This role will own the daily coordination of outbound shipments, carrier communication, shipment tracking, inventory transactions, receiving activity, and logistics workflow execution within NetSuite ERP and RF-SMART WMS.
This role reports to the Fulfillment & Logistics Supervisor and works closely with Procurement, Customer Success, Manufacturing, and Warehouse team members to ensure products, materials, and information move efficiently across the business. This position serves as a key link between physical operations and system accuracy.
If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team, you're exactly who we're looking for.
Success Looks Like
- Outbound customer shipments are processed accurately and on time, maintaining a shipping accuracy rate greater than 98% within the first year.
- Occasionally lift shipments weighing up to 60 lbs.
- Shipment tracking, carrier communication, and issue resolution are managed proactively, minimizing customer-impacting delays.
- Inventory movements, receiving transactions, and logistics updates are entered accurately and maintained within NetSuite and RF-SMART.
- Shipping supplies, staging areas, and logistics workflows remain organized, audit-ready, and aligned with operational standards.
- Carrier pickups, freight activity, and logistics documentation are coordinated efficiently, supporting uninterrupted operational flow.
- Within the first 90 days, becomes a trusted day-to-day resource for shipment visibility, inventory movements, and logistics coordination across the business.
Who You'll Be (in real life)
- Humble – Accurately self-aware, teachable, and quick to own their misses
- Steward – Owns outcomes, people, and resources as if borrowed
- Discerning – Separates signal from noise and spots the right problem
- Courageous – Acts rightly despite fear, and steps in when it matters
- Transparent – Shares what's real before it becomes a problem
A Note About Our In-Office Rhythm
This is an in-office role with a core schedule of 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday — held with real flexibility, because all of us have appointments, sick kids, and moments at home we wouldn't dare miss. But coordinating shipments, inventory, and cross-team handoffs happens best in person, on the warehouse floor and shoulder to shoulder with the team. If you're energized by working in the room, you'll love it here.
How We Hire
We take hiring seriously, because who joins this team matters more than almost anything else we do. Here's the path:
- Apply + Culture Index Survey – A short behavioral survey (about 10 minutes) that helps us understand how you're naturally wired to work
- One-Way Video Interview – A few questions from us, answered on your schedule
- Screening Interview – A conversation about your story, your work, and whether this role is what you're actually looking for
- Hiring Leader Interview – A deeper conversation with the Fulfillment & Logistics Supervisor about the work itself: the day-to-day, the team, and what success requires
- Offer or Clear Answer – A direct yes or no, communicated personally. Every candidate gets an answer
It's a thorough process by design — this decision matters for us, and it matters just as much for you.
