Description

The Hotel Lobby Attendant (PT) is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, guest-readiness, and overall appearance of the public and service areas in the Warehouse Hotel, while actively assisting the Front Desk team and supporting guest needs. 

This is a part-time position working 1st, 2nd or 3rd Shift.

Essential Job Functions 

  • Ensure the guest in front of you is always the top priority. Actively assist the Front Desk team by running guest room requests and deliveries (such as luggage or cribs) promptly, answering guest questions, and monitoring/restocking front desk supplies. 
  • Maintain an excellent first impression before guests arrive, ensuring the main entrance, lobby, and front desk surroundings are clean, welcoming, and presentable before guest arrival. 
  • Regularly inspect, clean, sanitize, and restock public restrooms throughout the shift to ensure standard-level cleanliness. 
  • Monitor and clean high-traffic guest hallways, elevator, stairwells, and landings, ensuring floors, surfaces, glass, and trash receptacles remain clear and tidy. 
  • Upkeep guest amenity areas, including guest laundry rooms, vending areas, and public hydration or ice stations. 
  • Review daily property events and group activities at the start of each shift to stay informed and provide accurate information to guests. 
  • Support front desk operations by restocking necessary supplies, completing assigned tasks, and maintaining open communication on shift needs. 
  • Complete general back-of-house maintenance duties, including emptying trash stations, maintaining service areas, and returning stray items to their proper departments. 
  • Perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks as assigned and report any building or equipment maintenance concerns promptly. 
  • Complete shift handoffs, ensure equipment and work carts are cleaned and stocked, and return radios and keys at the end of each shift.

Basic Qualifications 

  • 18 years of age or older? 
  • Dependable transportation to and from work? 
  • At least one year of experience in hospitality, janitorial, public area cleaning, or hotel housekeeping. 
  • Ability to fulfill physical requirements and work a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays). 
  • Guest-focused and team-oriented with a friendly, professional attitude. 
  • Highly dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm in busy environments. 
  • Experience interacting with diverse demographics and handling guest requests efficiently. 


Salary Description
$14/hour
