Coordinate with operations, project management, engineering, and field leadership during
the estimating process.
Attend pre-bid meetings, job walks, and customer meetings as required.
Prepare bid proposals, bid summaries, clarifications, and supporting documentation.
Maintain estimating databases, historical cost information, and vendor pricing.
Assist with project turnover meetings to ensure successful handoff from estimating to
operations.
Support negotiated work, conceptual budgets, design-build projects, and hard-bid
opportunities.
Stay current on market pricing, industry trends, labor rates, and material cost fluctuations.
Promote company standards for quality, professionalism, safety, and customer service
throughout the estimating process.

platforms.
Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors,
