We are looking for an organized, customer-focused Office Administrator to join our team in Topeka, KS, supporting both our Topeka and Kansas City operations. This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer experience while keeping daily office and project operations running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys helping people, communicates professionally, and can effectively prioritize tasks while supporting the needs of the team.
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday

What You'll Do:
- Provide an exceptional experience of care and service to every customer
- Answer incoming calls and accurately enter customer information into our CRM
- Scan receipts and invoices into our bill pay system
- Communicate with customers regarding project schedules and updates
- Ensure contracts are complete and on file before projects begin
- Create and maintain job packets
- Assist with production scheduling and coordinate communication between customers and crews
- Update project schedules and maintain accurate job records
- Invoice completed projects and track accounts receivable
- Maintain branch records, business licenses, and work permits as needed
- Process subcontractor purchase orders and assist with weekly crew payments

- Previous administrative or office experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Willingness to travel periodically to Kansas branch locations as needed
- Overnight travel may occasionally be required; mileage, lodging, and meals are reimbursed according to company policy
