POSITION SUMMARY
The Fund Administration Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational, financial, and administrative activities of
program funds. This role ensures accurate fund disbursement and accounting, compliance with regulatory requirements, timely
reporting, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. The Analyst will play a key role in maintaining
operational efficiency and supporting program objectives.
WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION
Standard hours Monday-Friday, eight hours per day. This position is mostly remote and may require occasional travel.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Up to 5% local and domestic travel.
HOW YOU IMPACT SUCCESS
- Supports the day-to-day administration of fund operations by processing transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with reconciliations, and preparing monthly reporting while ensuring compliance with fiduciary responsibilities.
- Investigates financial discrepancies, collaborates with internal audit, compliance, and legal teams to mitigate risk, and supports regulatory compliance through audits and operational oversight.
- Identifies opportunities to improve fund administration processes by enhancing workflows, implementing best practices, and supporting operational efficiencies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related
- field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in fund administration, investment management, accounting, or financial services, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of fund structures, accounting principles, and financial reporting desired.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.) and financial software systems (e.g., QuickBooks
- Online) is required.
- Advanced Excel is highly desired.
- Proficiency in the following software: Adobe, Bill.com, Harvest, and Click-up is highly desired.
