Montshire Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Senior Manager, People Operations & Training to join our leadership team supporting our multi-location practices. We are a family-owned practice serving nearly 30,000 children across New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine and Massachusetts. Our work centers on eliminating barriers to care so families can access the dental services they need.

As the Senior Manager, People Operations & Training, you will play a central role in creating consistent employee experiences across all locations while developing leaders, strengthening workforce systems and supporting continued organizational growth. How You'll Bring Our Values to Life Each Day

• Lead and coordinate people operations across multiple practice locations, ensuring consistency in employee lifecycle processes and workforce administration

• Design, implement and facilitate onboarding, leadership development and ongoing employee training programs

• Partner with Practice Managers to support coaching, performance management and employee development

• Oversee payroll coordination with Paylocity Managed Payroll Services while maintaining HRIS accuracy and workforce data integrity

• Administer company policies and procedures while supporting compliance and consistent application across all locations

• Develop workforce reporting, identify operational trends and recommend improvements that strengthen organizational effectiveness

• Promote employee engagement, recognition and a positive workplace culture aligned with Montshire's mission and values

• Collaborate with ownership and the Strategic HR Advisor to support workforce planning, organizational initiatives and continued growth


What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred

• Three or more years of leadership experience in healthcare, dental operations, people operations, employee development or a related field

• Experience developing and facilitating training and leadership development programs

• Strong organizational, project management and communication skills

• Experience supporting HR operations, employee lifecycle processes and workforce systems

• Ability to build strong relationships, influence leaders and work collaboratively across multiple locations

• High level of discretion with confidential employee information

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office and workforce management systems


Preferred:

• Experience in a multi-site healthcare or dental organization

• Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

• Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS platforms

• SHRM-CP, PHR, AADOM or similar professional certification

• Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000, with final compensation based on experience, education and internal equity
