Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage/assist/oversee nat gas invoicing tie-out logistics, processes, and reporting
  • Communicate with accounting department on investor invoice management
  • Approve invoices in BC
  • Manage nat gas actual vs estimate spreadsheet requiring data entry
  • Manage/assist/oversee regulatory compliance and registration 
  • Register each site as a Power Generation Company with the PUCT
  • Manage regulatory reporting logistics & routine amendments/certifications
  • Manage Market Participants registered with ERCOT 
  • Hold User Security Administrator role
  • Manage Retail Electric Provider invoice tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate with entire Asset Management and Data Analytics teams 
  • Update Master Store List 
  • Submit required regulatory documents on specific cadences 
  • Coordinate with different functional teams to organize/ensure proper pass through of charges and monitor outcomes
  • Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze performance and data accuracy
  • Analyze data and information to identify business opportunities or operational improvements
  • Create diagrams, graphical representations, and dashboards to report clear data
  • Work closely with manager to achieve outcomes based on company goals
  • Recommend and update policies and procedures to improve performance
  • Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements
  • Review company policies and business processes
  • Keep updated on industry and market trends
  • Other responsibilities as directed by supervisor


Requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Ideal 0-2 years in a professional setting
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking, logical reasoning
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be able to work under minimal supervision
  • Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to sit in front of a computer for many hours a day
  • Other requirements specified by Hiring Manager
