Room Attendant

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Room Attendant, where your attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction will help create memorable experiences for our guests. We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies

- Respond promptly to guest requests and special needs to ensure a positive experience

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, storage areas, and supply carts

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management

- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

- Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed to support the overall cleanliness of the hotel

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent time management and ability to work efficiently under pressure

- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor

- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
