Be the heart of our workplace.

We're looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused People and Office Coordinator to create an exceptional experience for our employees, customers, dealers, vendors, and visitors. This role is the face of our headquarters and plays a vital part in supporting our company culture while keeping our office running smoothly.

If you enjoy building relationships, coordinating events, staying organized, and making people feel welcome, we'd love to meet you.

As our People and Office Coordinator, you'll wear many hats, including:

  • Welcome customers, dealers, vendors, applicants, and visitors with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Coordinate customer visits, meetings, and office tours to ensure an outstanding experience.
  • Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting office environment.
  • Plan and coordinate employee celebrations, recognition programs, wellness activities, and company events.
  • Support the onboarding experience for new employees, helping them feel welcomed from day one.
  • Assist with HR administration, including maintaining personnel files, training records, employee swag, and other HR documentation.
  • Coordinate office services, supplies, vendors, and facility-related needs.
  • Support internal communications by helping distribute company announcements, updates, and employee information.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team and assist with special projects as needed.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Previous experience in office administration, hospitality, customer service, HR support, or a related field is preferred.

Why you'll love this role:

This is more than a front desk position—it's an opportunity to shape the employee experience and help foster an engaging, welcoming workplace. You'll interact with every department, support meaningful HR initiatives, and play a key role in creating a culture where people enjoy coming to work.

If you're passionate about organization, hospitality, and helping people succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
