Celebrate Success. Create Connection. Make Every Moment Count.
Let's Create Recognition Experiences That Inspire.
At Stampin' Up!, we believe recognition is so much more than awards or events it's about celebrating the people who make our community extraordinary. Every experience we create is an opportunity to strengthen relationships, encourage growth, and remind our demonstrators that they're valued.
If you're someone who finds joy in the details, loves bringing big ideas to life, and gets excited watching an event come together flawlessly after months of planning, we'd love to meet you.
You'll join a team of people who strive to better their best, support one another, and genuinely want to make a difference. Together, we create seamless events, unforgettable recognition experiences, and meaningful moments that connect demonstrators around the world.
Recognition & Events Specialist
As our Recognition & Events Specialist, you'll blend creativity with organization to create experiences that celebrate achievement and strengthen community. From coordinating global recognition programs and sourcing memorable gifts to planning engaging live and virtual events, you'll help ensure every interaction reflects the heart of Stampin' Up!
This role is ideal for someone who loves both strategy and execution. One day you may be analyzing recognition reports and coordinating with vendors; the next you'll be leading a large event team, collaborating across departments, or putting the finishing touches on an experience that hundreds, or thousands, of demonstrators will remember.
Success in this role comes from balancing many moving pieces at once without losing sight of the details. If you naturally think several steps ahead, enjoy building relationships, stay calm when plans evolve, and take pride in creating exceptional experiences, you'll thrive here.

- Lead event execution for assigned events, including MSA Event and OnStage+, directing large cross-functional teams from setup through teardown.
- Build trusted relationships with our top-achieving demonstrators, helping create recognition experiences that encourage growth and connection.
- Participate on the Demonstrator Compensation Plan team, understanding how compensation decisions impact both demonstrators and the business.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes, elevate experiences, and make future events even better.
