THE JOB:
As a Lead Experience Artist, you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world! Our Guest Experience Supervisor proudly showcases our hotel, amenities and surroundings. The Lead Experience Artist is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests stay and have the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests.
The Lead Experience Artist is responsible for the supervision of daily operation of the Concierge and VIP operations and provides daily Concierge and Front office operational support to ensure the guest experience is memorable.

Minimum two years' experience in hospitality operations.
Results-oriented with a focus on service excellence.
Attention to detail with a talent for multitasking.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
An effective communicator, team member, and collaborator.
Minimum of two years in hospitality operations and concierge experience and a proven record of delivering “best in class” customer interactions.
InforHMS experience preferred.
Proficient knowledge of computer applications
Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time
Ability to work on AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by operational needs.
