POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Specialist, Global Marketing & Campaigns plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination and operational execution of TTC's global promotional campaigns. Reporting to the Director, Marketing Promotions & Offers, this role helps bring major commercial campaigns to market by coordinating offer development, campaign planning, stakeholder communications, legal and reservation system readiness, and cross-channel activation across global teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CAMPAIGN COORDINATION

  • Coordinate planning and execution of global promotional campaigns including Black Friday, Big Travel Sale and other commercial initiatives
  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and product launches across all product categories including Tour, River Cruises, Small Groups and Rail
  • Support development of campaign briefs, timelines and activations plans
  • Own campaign milestone tracking, including deliverables, dependencies, approvals and deadlines, and proactively flag risks that may affect delivery
  • Coordinate quality assurance reviews to ensure campaign assets meet brand standards and campaign requirements
  • Own the coordination and distribution of approved campaign assets across relevant channels and stakeholder teams 
  • Own the campaign readiness tracking and coordinate stakeholder communications, escalating risks or gaps ahead of agreed launch dates
  • Maintain annual campaign calendars, launch schedules, marketing roadmaps and key milestone tracking

PROMOTIONS & OFFERS MANAGEMENT

  • Coordinate promotional offer development and build implementation requirements
  • Own the coordination and tracking of promotional offer submissions to Legal, including regional requirements, feedback and approval status 
  • Own and maintain promotional tracking documents, promotion/impact sheets and communication-platform updates
  • Coordinate promotional offer testing and launch readiness activities, documenting outcomes and escalating issues before launch

STAKEHOLDER & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Coordinate campaign communications across internal channel teams including Contact Centers, Trade Marketing, CRM, Web, Paid Media, Content, PR and Commercial/Revenue Management teams
  • Support agency coordination by managing timelines, deliverables, feedback collection, meeting notes and project follow-up actions
  • Assist in preparing campaign status updates, launch final materials, stakeholder presentations and meeting documentation
  • Ensure approved marketing assets, briefs and supporting materials are distributed to relevant teams by agreed deadlines

REPORTING & PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS

  • Own the collection and consolidation of campaign performance reports across paid, owned, earned, CRM, trade and social channels
  • Support post-campaign reporting and analysis by gathering data, tracking KPIs and identifying key insights from Marketing Intelligence team
  • Maintain campaign dashboards, reporting templates and performance trackers
  • Support the Director, Marketing Promotions & Offers in developing campaign recaps, key learnings and optimization recommendations

PROCESS & OPERATIONS

  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of campaign management processes, workflows and ways of working
  • Own the maintenance and accuracy of project management systems, campaign documentation, approvals and reporting frameworks
  • Coordinate budget administration, purchase orders, invoices and campaign administration as required

The Marketing Specialist will be recognized as a reliable and highly organized contributor who enables the successful delivery of product launches, integrated campaigns and promotional initiatives across the business.

  • Accuracy and quality of campaign reporting and performance tracking
  • Successful management of project timelines, assets, approvals and deliverables
  • Strong support of major commercial campaigns, including Big Travel Sale and Black Friday
  • Positive stakeholder feedback and cross-functional collaboration
  • Continuous improvement of campaign processes and operational efficiency 

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE 

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, project management, or marketing operations
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, agencies, and external partners
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Experience using project management, marketing, and reporting platforms
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM, content management, and campaign reporting is advantageous
  • Experience within travel, tourism, hospitality, retail, or consumer brands is beneficial but not required
