WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform routine maintenance services -- oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filters, and multi-point inspections -- quickly and accurately

• Complete repair orders accurately -- documenting all work performed and parts used with precision

• Communicate findings clearly to service advisors so guests receive accurate recommendations and timely updates

• Stay current on Toyota-recommended maintenance procedures and service intervals

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout every shift

• Work efficiently on a flat-rate structure -- your speed and quality directly determine your earnings

• Contribute to a team environment where consistency, accuracy, and care for the guest are the standard

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of technician or automotive maintenance experience preferred -- motivated candidates without formal experience are encouraged to apply

• Completion of an automotive technician training program or equivalent hands-on experience a plus

• Basic understanding of vehicle systems and routine maintenance procedures

• Fast and accurate -- able to maintain quality even when production speed matters

• Comfortable using basic diagnostic and shop tools

• Physically capable of standing, bending, and performing hands-on work throughout the shift

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• A team-first mindset -- you're building skills alongside technicians who can help you grow
