Position Overview
Luxe Brands is seeking a results-driven District Manager to lead our Luxe Redux Bridal Boutiques. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, operational excellence, and exceptional client experiences across multiple locations by developing high-performing Store Managers and teams. As a performance-based leader, you will establish clear expectations, coach for results, and hold leaders accountable to achieving key business metrics while consistently upholding Luxe Brands' standards of excellence and delivering a luxury, celebratory experience for every Bride-to-Be.

This position is based primarily in Columbus, Ohio, with weekly travel to oversee up to 10 stores. The District Manager must have the flexibility to support boutiques as needed, including weekends. While the role generally involves a 5-day workweek, adaptability is essential to meet business needs and ensure consistent execution across the district.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a performance based leader, driving sales growth, operational excellence, and accountability while developing high performing teams that consistently deliver business results and exceptional client experiences.
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers through regular performance conversations, establishing clear expectations and holding leaders accountable to key business metrics, sales goals, and company standards.
- Analyze individual, store, and district performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and action plans that improve sales, productivity, profitability, and client experience.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to Store Managers in managing daily store operations and achieving business objectives.
- Compile and communicate district performance results, business insights, and action plans to leadership.
- Recruit, hire, and develop top talent to build a strong leadership pipeline across the district.
- Address operational challenges with proactive, effective solutions that support business performance and consistency.
- Act as a liaison between leadership, team members, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Introduce and execute strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and support the company's Sales Core Process.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, continuous improvement, and high performance across all locations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field, OR a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- 3+ years of multi-store management experience, overseeing at least four locations, including managing direct and indirect reports.
- Demonstrated success leading teams to achieve sales goals, operational KPIs, and business performance objectives.
- 2+ years of experience in training and professional development.
- 2+ years of coaching, developing, and performance managing management-level direct reports, including conducting performance reviews, creating development plans, and administering corrective actions.
- 5+ years of managing core operations, including scheduling, recruitment, and training.
- Strong business acumen with experience analyzing sales, productivity, and operational metrics to drive performance improvement.
- Proficiency in software such as POS systems, CRM tools, Microsoft Office.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds (e.g., mannequins, boxes, and gowns).
- A valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for weekly travel to store locations.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bridal industry experience.
- Proficiency with Apple products and macOS.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and its suite of tools.
- Knowledge of commission-based compensation models.
- Experience with Shopify or similar POS systems
