Lion Real Estate Group is looking for a Assistant Community Manager to join our team at The Grove Brentwood in Nashville, TN. What You’ll Do:
- Support the day-to-day operations of a multifamily apartment community
- Build strong relationships with residents and deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist with rent collections, delinquency management, payment plans, and resident communications
- Support leasing, renewals, and resident retention efforts
- Process resident paperwork, reports, deposits, and administrative tasks accurately and timely
- Maintain resident files and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and occupancy goals
- Help oversee community operations and step into a leadership role when the Community Manager is unavailable

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous property management, leasing, or assistant manager experience preferred
- Strong resident relations and customer service skills
- Experience with collections, delinquency management, and lease administration
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Yardi or other property management software preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership potential and a desire to grow within the multifamily industry
- Bilingual Fluency (English/Spanish) a plus
- Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
