Organizational Support Coordinator
Description

 Key Responsibilities

  • Event and Meeting Coordination: Organize logistics for workshops, training sessions, and town halls, including calendars and materials.
  • Operations Support: Manage shared files, update internal databases, track project deadlines, and handle routine inquiries.
  •  Communication: Serve as a contact point between departments, draft meeting notes, and distribute project updates.
  • Administrative Support: Manage schedules, update calendars, and prepare documents or reports.
  • Communication: Act as a main point of contact for staff, answer emails, and route phone calls.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in office systems and help implement easier ways to track data and share information.
  • Team Liaison: Assist human resources or operations with employee onboarding, meetings, and daily resource tracking
Requirements

 

  • Education: A high school diploma or a bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organization, clear written and verbal communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience: One to three years of prior office administration or support coordination work.
