Description
Laundry-4U is a fast-growing, family-owned business looking for a dependable and friendly Customer Service Advisor (Laundry Attendant). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, keeping a clean and organized space, and helping customers.
As a Customer Service Advisor (Laundry Attendant), you will assist customers, complete wash-dry-fold orders, and keep the store clean and welcoming. Laundry-4U is open 24 hours and ready to assist customers!
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly assistance to customers
- Use tablets/apps to complete wash-dry-fold orders and support daily store tasks
- Process wash-dry-fold payments using the POS system
- Monitor machines and keep the store clean, organized, and safe
- Maintain communication with management and support staff, including reporting machine issues, customer concerns, and any incidents that occur during your shift
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Support store operations with additional tasks as needed
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 8 months of customer service or retail experience
- Basic technology skills (tablets, apps, simple troubleshooting)
- Ability to use Telegram for communication during shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) needed for this role
- Must be 18 or older
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Shift Times
- 7AM-3PM
- 3PM-11PM
- 11PM-7AM
Physical Requirements
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks during the shift
- Able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Compensation
- Non-Bilingual Starting Pay: $10.00/hr
- Bilingual Starting Pay: $11.00/hr (fluent English/Spanish speakers)
- Unlimited commission available
- Raises available based on performance after the first 90 days and annually
- Overtime opportunities available
