In year 1 earn between $22–$28* per hour on average (with tips included). Wages go higher from there based on tenure and proficiency.
*Base wage of $16.27/hour plus tips through a tip pool system. Tips are shared across the team and added to your hourly pay
Qualifications/Skills:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu recommendations when needed
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, floors, and service stations
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Can function in a high volume kitchen w/ the ability to multitask, prioritize & manage time effectively
- Experience with and/or a willingness to explore a variety of cuisines, techniques, and styles of cooking is mandatory
