Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience with Mark-Taylor preferred. 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of recent operational initiatives such as RiskRelease, EPO, Disabling Partial Pay, MT+, or similar company projects strongly preferred.
  • Experience with ResMan and Union strongly preferred. 
  • Experience with Yardi and RealPage strongly preferred. 
  • CAPM certification preferred; certification required within one (1) year of assuming the role if not already obtained. 
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and independent problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related business software.

In this role, you will 

  • Serve as the long-term owner and subject matter expert for assigned operational programs following project implementation.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from project implementation to ongoing operational support while maintaining project documentation and institutional knowledge.
  • Monitor program health, performance metrics, user adoption, and operational effectiveness to ensure continued success.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements that increase efficiency and user adoption.
  • Troubleshoot program-related issues and provide timely, effective resolutions.
  • Coordinate and complete program setup, user access, and onboarding for newly acquired or newly opened communities.
  • Develop, schedule, and facilitate ongoing training sessions for community teams and corporate partners to reinforce best practices. 
  • Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and operational documentation. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for questions related to assigned programs. 
  • Partner with Operations, IT, Training, and other internal departments to support the continued success of implemented programs. 
  • Communicate program updates, enhancements, and operational changes to stakeholders. 
  • Escalate system issues or enhancement opportunities to the appropriate project owners or departments when necessary.
  • Maintain ownership only after implementation has been completed. 
  • Support ongoing operations but do not lead new project implementations or enterprise-wide system rollouts. 
  • For new integrations associated with previously completed projects (such as Yardi or RealPage integrations), transition responsibility to the original Project Manager or designated implementation team.
