ABA Coordinator

This role offers an opportunity to work closely with children in the ABA Clinic, helping them achieve greater independence and quality of life through evidence-based interventions.


Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver specialized ABA treatment and support to children and young adults based on individualized plans.

- Supervise and train ABA Support Staff in accurate data collection and implementation of treatment strategies.

- Coordinate both Center-Based and Home-Based services in compliance with state regulations and guidelines.

- Provide guidance to ABA Support Staff regarding administrative and operational issues.

- Conduct activities on behalf of a designated caseload to ensure effective coordination with caregivers and other involved parties.

- Collect, analyze, and manage data to prepare comprehensive summary reports on client progress.

- Check insurance validity across clients.

- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of client information.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.

- Experience working with children in an ABA or behavioral health setting.

- Strong understanding of ABA principles, methodologies, and ethical guidelines.

- Excellent supervision and training skills for supporting staff development.

- Ability to coordinate multiple services and communicate effectively with caregivers, team members, and other stakeholders.

- Proficiency in data collection, management, and reporting.

- Knowledge of state and agency guidelines related to behavioral health services.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home-based service delivery preferred.
