Description

Responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the Trust Department, duties of the Trust Assistant position include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare and maintain correspondence, reports, contracts, income and expense processing and customer disbursements.
  • Assist with management of individual retirement accounts (IRAs), qualified plan retirement accounts, and burial trust accounts held within the Trust Department. 
  • Utilize department software to post account transactions to active or inactive trust accounts, update account information, and maintain electronic documentation to ensure accurate records.
  • Perform daily system tasks and reporting activities in accordance with trust agreements, internal procedures and regulatory compliance requirements. 
  • Support the overall administration and recordkeeping needs of the Trust Department while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. 
Requirements

An Associate's Degree in Business is required. Will consider experience in lieu of education. Three or more years of experience in a related field is preferred.

Salary Description
$48,000 - $52,000/year
