Duties:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment covered under manufacturer or company warranty.
  • Complete warranty service calls efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Perform quality inspections and identify the root cause of equipment failures or installation issues.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and internal teams to process warranty claims and ensure compliance with warranty guidelines.
  • Document all service work, parts used, and warranty information accurately in ServiceTitan and other required systems.
  • Order, track, and manage warranty parts to minimize customer downtime.
  • Communicate repair recommendations, warranty coverage, and service updates clearly with customers.
  • Collaborate with Install, Service, and Operations teams to resolve warranty concerns promptly and prevent recurring issues.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local codes.
  • Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.
  • Participate in ongoing technical training to remain current on HVAC equipment, products, and manufacturer warranty requirements.
  • Promote a positive customer experience while protecting the company's reputation for quality and professionalism.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred. 
  • EPA Certification required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for residential HVAC systems. 
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills. 
  • Proficient with mobile technology; ServiceTitan experience preferred. 
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. 
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. 
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions.
