What You'll Do
As a Plant Operator, you'll play a key role in producing the stone materials that help build roads, schools, bridges, homes, and commercial projects throughout the region.
Your day may include:
- Operating our automated stone processing plant using computer controls
- Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Assisting with repairs, lubrication, and equipment upkeep
- Keeping the plant clean, organized, and operating safely
- Recording daily production information
- Monitoring product quality to ensure our customers receive the best materials
- Troubleshooting issues and helping improve plant efficiency
- Communicating production and maintenance needs with plant leadership
- Working safely while supporting your teammates every day
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with equipment, takes pride in their work, and values safety above all else.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- Experience operating an aggregate or stone processing plant
- Knowledge of conveyors, screens, washers/scrubbers, and centrifugal pumps (a plus!)
- Basic computer skills for production reporting
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to assist with maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to safe work practices
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when production demands it

Work Environment
This is an active, hands-on position where no two days are the same.
You'll work both indoors and outdoors in all types of weather while operating industrial equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
Physical Requirements
This role requires:
- Walking, standing, bending, and climbing throughout the shift
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
- Working around industrial equipment in varying weather conditions
