We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team, where you'll serve as a key point of contact for customers and help ensure questions, order updates, and service issues are handled quickly, accurately, and professionally. Success in this role means providing reliable support, maintaining clear communication, and coordinating across teams to keep customer needs and operational commitments on track. 

This role is ideal for someone who is responsive, organized, and solutions-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 


Your Impact: 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will: 

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to order status, shipment tracking, inventory, billing, and service issues. 
  • Research and resolve routine customer requests using WMS, TMS, CRM, and ticketing tools while providing timely and accurate updates. 
  • Coordinate with Operations, Billing, Transportation, and Account Management teams to resolve exceptions and ensure issues are followed through to completion. 
  • Maintain accurate customer records, ticket notes, and case documentation while meeting established service and response standards. 
  • Escalate complex customer concerns with complete documentation and clear communication to support timely resolution. 
  • Identify recurring customer issues and contribute ideas that improve service quality, workflows, and first-contact resolution.

Requirements

 

What You Bring to the Table: 

  • High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred. 
  • 2–3 years of customer service experience; logistics, fulfillment, warehouse, or transportation experience preferred. 
  • Experience handling customer inquiries, resolving service issues, and maintaining case documentation in CRM or ticketing systems. 
  • Strong communication, active listening, organization, and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using WMS, TMS, CRM, ticketing, or other customer service technology. 
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy while supporting varying schedules or urgent customer needs. 
Salary Description
$22-$25 DOE
