We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team in the plastic manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures specific to plastic manufacturing processes.

- Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Analyze quality data and identify trends or issues, recommending corrective and preventive actions.

- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.

- Maintain documentation related to quality control activities, audits, and compliance reports.

- Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities related to product defects or process deviations.

- Support supplier quality management and perform supplier audits as needed.

 Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience in quality assurance within the plastic or manufacturing industry.

- Strong knowledge of plastic materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control techniques.

- Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, ASTM, or similar.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in using quality testing equipment and software.
