We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in the plastics manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities:

-Evaluates technical and economic factors to recommend sampling techniques and develop

 optimum manufacturing processes to meet design objectives and customer specifications and 

 improve manufacturing system.

-  Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering

 design or test problems.

-  Coordinates designs of experiments, process capability studies, and statistical process control analysis;

 resolves process related problems. 

- Conduct process validation, testing, and documentation to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

- Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Provide technical support and training to production staff on process procedures and best practices.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Process Engineer in the plastics or polymer manufacturing industry.

- Strong understanding of plastics processing techniques such as injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, or thermoforming.

- Proficiency in process simulation, data analysis, and process control tools.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
