As a Business Formation Specialist, you will be the front-line ambassador for our brand, guiding entrepreneurs and business owners through their journey. This is a multi-channel customer service role where you will manage inbound phone calls, support emails, and live text messages. You will assist in processing and drafting legal documents to state and federal agencies, responding to customer inquiries, and managing a variety of topics - ranging from business entity questions and paperwork processing to billing, refunds, and Google Workspace setups.
We are looking for a tech-savvy, proactive problem-solver who can retain key business compliance information and turn every customer interaction into a positive experience. This position works directly with the Business Formation Manager and collaborates closely with the Sales and Management teams.

Responsibilities:
- Omnichannel Customer Support: Handle inbound phone calls, email queues, and text communications in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.
- Account & Billing Management: Process membership cancellations, billing inquiries, account updates, and approved refunds.
- Operational & Administrative Support: Prepare and send legal or administrative paperwork, assist clients with setting up and troubleshooting Google Workspace accounts, and handle/arrange incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Business Entity Assistance: Answer general inquiries regarding business formations, compliance requirements, and product offerings.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate client needs, guide them through their business setup journey, and retain product knowledge to offer swift, accurate solutions.
- General Duties: Submit vital business information to State and Federal agencies, handle faxes/scans/filing, and manage special department projects as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in a customer service or customer support role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong general computer skills, proficiency in Google Suite and assorted calendar applications, and the ability to navigate multiple browser tabs, web tools, and software simultaneously.
- CRM Knowledge: Prior experience with Salesforce (or a similar CRM system) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for tone management across phone, email, and text.
- Adaptability & Knowledge Retention: Ability to absorb detailed process information, retain complex guidelines, and remain proactive in a fast-paced environment.
