Job Overview Summary 

 The Operations & Compliance Coordinator plays a key role in compliance and operational support. This role sits at the intersection of operations support and compliance, helping Minuteman stay operationally prepared for continued growth. The right person can work independently, has strong organizational skills and understand the importance of strong processes. 


The ideal candidate will be located on the East Coast, United States, and must be able to travel approximately 25% of the time. 


What you’ll be doing (and doing well!):

 

Compliance & Licensing

  • Maintain the company’s centralized register, including licenses, qualifiers, renewal dates and state-specific requirements.
  • Coordinate with third-party partners to register Minuteman in new states through acquisition or organic growth.
  • Serve as the primary internal point of contact for compliance-related questions and document requests.
  • Keep ISO 9001 documentation organized and up to date.

Operations Hub & Training Materials

  • Own the day-to-day maintenance of the Operations Hub, Minuteman’s central resource library for FAQ’s, templates, forms and training materials.
  • Develop, update, and publish standard operating procedures, training guides and process documentation in partnership with the Director, Operational Excellence.
  • Proactively identify gaps in existing documentation and build new materials.

Integration & Project Support

  • Support the integration of newly acquired companies, coordinating administrative tasks, documentation and follow-up on milestones.
  • Support cross-functional operational projects as needed, including branch support and process improvements.
  • Visit branches as needed to support with integration, training or other initiatives.


  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What we like about you:

  • A sense of humor, creativity, and positive attitude.
  • Typically, 3-5 years of experience in operations, compliance, project coordination or an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently with a high degree of ownership.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow structured processes.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% of the time. 
  • Relevant security certifications are a plus.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with strong decision-making skills. High level of integrity, resilience, and commitment to achieving high standards.

Pay Transparency Statement

The base salary range for this role is $72,900 - $125,900. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in addition to base salary as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.
