The Lowdown
The Franchise Business Coach is the primary point of contact and "one-stop shop" for our franchisees, unlocking the full potential of the franchisee/franchisor partnership. In this role, you aren't expected to be an expert in every single function of the business, but you must be an expert at building relationships, facilitating complex conversations, driving accountability, and orchestrating continuous improvement across our shop network.
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations and Orchestration, the FBC serves as a trusted strategic business partner. You will spend significant time with franchisees and restaurant leaders—both face-to-face and remotely—developing deep operational knowledge to optimize profitability, maintain brand standards, and elevate the overall Cheba Hut experience. You’ll be in the loop on everything affecting your franchisees' business, and orchestrate communication between your franchisees and HQ.
