Job Summary
This entry-level/part-time position supports the Manufacturing facility by assisting with basic facility tasks such as janitorial, facility upkeep, housekeeping, and groundskeeping. This role supports a clean, safe, and functional working environment within the facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain shop organization and assist with infrastructure improvements
- Daily housekeeping throughout the facility and maintenance areas
- Support janitorial tasks such as trash removal, sweeping, wiping surfaces, and restroom/breakroom upkeep
- Perform landscaping and groundskeeping tasks including mowing, weed-eating, pressure washing, and maintaining walkways
- Assist with basic facility repairs including lighting, painting, plumbing support, and general upkeep
- Assist maintenance technicians with routine maintenance and repair tasks as time allows.
- Wear appropriate PPE and adhere strictly to safety policies
- Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance with flexibility for overtime as needed

Minimum Experience and Qualifications
Zero to one (0–1) year of maintenance, facilities, or related experience preferred. On-the-job training provided.
Education and/or Equivalent Experience
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
Physical Demands
Regularly: Stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and lift up to 50 pounds
Occasionally: Work at heights up to 60 feet
Vision Requirements: Close, peripheral, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Work Environment
Shop environment and outdoors, occasionally exposed to varying weather conditions
