Primary Function:
The Quality Team Associate II is responsible for the quality of all outgoing products from the production assembly lines and warehouse. A person in position assesses and tests one or more of the functions of a product, to ensure that it is aligned with quality standards for TV Production and Warehouse (Shipping and Receiving). This associate will need to match the findings of each inspection with the quality Checklist. This position works across production and warehouse to ensure that the quality standards needed for TV production as well as warehouse shipping and receiving are met. A person in this position is required to be detail-oriented in tracking quality defects and communicating to management.
Essential Functions:
Quality Inspection (70%)
- Endeavors to add value to the manufacturing organization by being a part of the team that is responsible for reporting quality findings. (Production and warehouse Quality).
- Requires attention to detail as to quality inspections of WIP (work in process) materials, as well as rework materials.
- Vigilance in communicating issues to the production line leaders/management, as well as quality technicians, engineers, and management.
- Committed to supporting all team members working together to achieve quality goals. (Cross-Functionality)
- Mentors and consistently coaches other quality team members through on-the-job training by answering questions.
- Prepares printed materials and sets up equipment daily for completion of tasks.
- Promotes an environment of continuous improvement through the introduction of best practice.

Clean and Organize (25%)
- Completes all functions related to quality requirements;
- Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
- Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
- Complete special projects independently as assigned by management.
- Keeping the work area clean throughout the shift to ensure a safe and orderly work environment.
All other duties as assigned by management (5%)
