Description

Shift: Wednesday - Friday, 4am - 4:30pm, plus an 8-hour shift every other Saturday

Wage Range: $32/hr - $44/hr DOE

What You’ll Do

  • Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain industrial electrical systems and production equipment
  • Support safe, reliable operation of manufacturing lines through fast, effective electrical troubleshooting
  • Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and automated systems
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and one-line drawings
  • Diagnose issues with motors, conveyors, pumps, controls, and automated equipment
  • Work with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, motor controls, sensors, relays, contactors, and safety circuits
  • Partner closely with production, maintenance, quality, sanitation, and leadership to minimize downtime and improve performance
  • Follow all safety, GMP, food safety, and sanitation requirements

What We’re Looking For


Required Qualifications

  • Journeyman Electrician license, or the ability and commitment to obtain and maintain licensure
  • MANDATORY 2+ years of troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, power distribution, controls,      and factory automation
  • Ability to troubleshoot PLC and I/O systems
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and      one-lines
  • Strong commitment to safety and compliance
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multicultural environment
  • Clear communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office


  

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in food manufacturing or other regulated production environments
  • Familiarity with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLC platforms
  • Experience with preventive or predictive electrical maintenance programs
  • Arc-flash, LOTO, or other electrical safety training
