Position Summary 

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Data Analyst I to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is passionate about using data to solve business problems and support decision-making. 

The Data Analyst I will work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, develop reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights that drive operational and strategic improvements. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn in a collaborative environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources. 
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business operations and decision-making. 
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand reporting and analytical needs. 
  • Translate business requirements into meaningful data solutions. 
  • Assist in developing and documenting data definitions, processes, and reporting standards. 
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and present findings to stakeholders. 
  • Monitor data quality and assist with troubleshooting data discrepancies. 
  • Support ongoing process improvement and business intelligence initiatives. 


Requirements

 Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field. 
  • 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, internships, or relevant academic projects. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic analytical functions. 
  • Experience with SQL for querying and analyzing data. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. 
  • Exposure to Python or R for data analysis. 
  • Familiarity with relational databases and data warehousing concepts. 
  • Internship, co-op, research, or project experience involving data analysis. 
  • Understanding of basic statistical concepts and data modeling techniques.

Salary Description
$75,000.00 to $90,000.00
