The Opportunity
Onsite Safety is seeking a Market Field Lead to help establish our presence and field operations in a new or developing market. This unique field-based role combines hands-on installation and service work with customer relationship development, market-growth support, and emerging field leadership. The successful candidate will help build dependable local operations, identify new service opportunities, support customer development, and work closely with Field Operations and Business Development as the market grows.
What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, and remove Onsite Safety construction safety systems on active jobsites.
- Help establish safe, reliable, and responsive field operations within a new or developing market.
- Build professional relationships with builders, superintendents, customers, and other field partners.
- Identify customer needs, new communities, service opportunities, and market conditions and communicate them to Operations and Business Development leadership.
- Support customer introductions, new community or account onboarding, and other field-based market-development activities.
- Maintain awareness of workload, customer demand, staffing, equipment, and other needs affecting the developing market.
- Help onboard, train, coach, and support technicians as the local field team grows.
- Maintain strong standards for safety, installation quality, productivity, professionalism, documentation, and care of company vehicles, tools, and equipment.

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with 3 years of verifiable driving experience and ability to meet company fleet requirements.
- Demonstrated field-service experience or proficiency in Onsite Safety field operations.
- Strong communication, customer-service, relationship-building, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and take ownership in a developing market.
- Ability to train, coach, and support technicians as the team grows.
- Ability to use mobile applications, GPS, and company field documentation systems.
- A consistent commitment to safety, quality, dependability, and professional customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience training, mentoring, or informally leading field technicians.
- Experience in construction, safety services, field operations, customer development, sales support, or a related industry.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- Additional applicable safety, equipment, or industry certifications.
Work Environment and Time Requirements
This is a full-time, non-exempt field position requiring regular travel by company vehicle to active construction sites within the developing market and periodic travel to other markets based on business and operational needs. The Market Field Lead must be able to:
- Work in all seasons and weather conditions.
- Work at various heights, on rooftops, and around elevated or open work areas when properly trained and authorized.
- Use ladders, scaffolds, and other approved access equipment.
- Lift, carry, load, unload, and position a minimum of 55 lbs. of equipment and materials.
- Safely operate company vehicles, power tools, and other field equipment in accordance with company requirements and applicable laws.
- Work overtime, early mornings, evenings, nights, or weekends when required by workload, customer needs, or jobsite schedules.
- Meet all applicable Onsite Safety, customer, OSHA, fleet, and jobsite safety requirements.
