Description

Now Hiring: Experienced Clamp Attachment Forklift Drivers – University Park IL.

We are seeking skilled Clamp Attachment Forklift Operators to join our team in University Park, IL.

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift – Monday through Friday, 2:30pm – 11:00pm
Location: University Park, Illinois 

 
 

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a clamp attachment forklift.
     
  • Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse or production      area.
     
  • Perform pre-shift equipment inspections.
     
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience operating a clamp      attachment forklift.
     
  • Current forklift certification preferred.
     
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
     
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Requirements

Required PPE:

Skills / Other:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
     
  • Comfortable working from a platform at a height of 30 feet.
     
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting abilities.
     
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a busy environment and work      independently.
     

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table: 

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred. 
  • 1+ years of forklift experience in a warehouse, distribution,      logistics, or transportation environment. 
  • Forklift/powered industrial truck certification required, with      experience operating sit-down, stand-up, reach, or order-picker      equipment. 
  • Experience using RF scanners, WMS technology, and other warehouse      tools to complete and track assignments. 
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and work at      heights using reach trucks or order pickers as required. 
  • Strong commitment to safety, accuracy, equipment care, teamwork, and      dependable attendance. 
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, overtime, or extended      hours based on operational needs.
