Overtown Youth Center is seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Program Manager of Youth Development and Impact (North Region) to join our team in a full-time leadership capacity. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of K-8 programming while ensuring alignment with OYC Miami’s mission, five pillars of impact, and standards of excellence. The Program Manager will provide leadership, supervision, and support to program coordinators, teachers, and designated staff to ensure effective program delivery, strong student outcomes, and a safe, engaging learning environment. This position will also serve as a key liaison between OYC Miami, schools, families, and community partners to strengthen collaboration and advance positive youth development across the North Region.

What you would do:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the K-8 Program in the North Dade Region, ensuring high-quality, outcomes-driven programming aligned with OYC Miami’s mission, core pillars of impact, and organizational standards.
• Manage daily program operations, including staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, compliance requirements, and performance reporting to ensure effective program execution.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop program coordinators, teachers, and designated staff while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.
• Ensure program fidelity through effective curriculum implementation, staff training, professional development, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Oversee student programming, including enrichment activities, exposure trips, and experiential learning opportunities that promote academic success, positive youth development, and social-emotional growth.
• Support student success through case coordination, family engagement, referrals, and collaboration with educators, service providers, and community partners.
• Maintain accurate program documentation, student records, attendance data, assessments, and reporting requirements in alignment with OYC Miami standards and funder expectations.
• Serve as a key liaison between OYC Miami, partner schools, families, vendors, volunteers, and community stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and program impact.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment while ensuring appropriate responses to emergencies, student support needs, and behavioral concerns.
• Contribute to program innovation, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts that enhance service delivery and student outcomes 

Who we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience working with youth programs, preferably in educational or nonprofit settings.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and program data systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Level 2 background check.
