Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate part-time Occupational Therapist to join our Integrated Care team. This role provides community-based occupational therapy services that support adults in building functional skills, increasing independence, and improving participation in daily life. The Occupational Therapist completes evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, delivers therapeutic interventions, and collaborates with multidisciplinary providers to support client wellness and recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct occupational therapy services in community, home, and other appropriate settings based on client needs.
- Complete occupational therapy evaluations, identify functional strengths and barriers, and develop individualized treatment recommendations.
- Develop, implement, and update treatment plans that support daily living skills, functional performance, sensory regulation, social participation, and overall wellness.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions that increase independence and improve participation in home, work, and community life.
- Educate and support clients, families, natural supports, and treatment teams regarding strategies that promote safety, skill development, and treatment success.
- Collaborate with clinical teams, care coordinators, prescribers, community partners, and other providers to support coordinated, person-centered care.
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, treatment planning, and program development activities.
- Monitor client progress, adjust interventions as appropriate, and communicate updates to the treatment team.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and complete documentation in accordance with agency standards, payer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain required licensure, certifications, continuing education, and professional standards applicable to occupational therapy practice.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related accredited program required; Master’s degree preferred.
- One to two years of occupational therapy experience preferred. Experience in behavioral health, community-based care, integrated care, or related settings is highly desirable.
- Current New Hampshire Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) required. OTR/L credential required.
- Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, functional assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-informed interventions.
- Ability to exercise sound clinical judgment and respond effectively to changing client needs and community-based situations.
- Experience working with individuals with diverse diagnoses, functional abilities, and cultural backgrounds.
- Strong communication, collaboration, consultation, and engagement skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while remaining connected to and accountable within a multidisciplinary team.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, acceptable driving record, and proof of automobile insurance required.

Salary Range
$54,438 - $84,584
