Licensed Therapist – Outpatient & Telehealth

Full-Time or Part-Time | Non-Exempt | Downtown Orlando

Starting Pay: $2,211.54 bi-weekly / $57,500 annually (higher depending on education and experience)

At IMPOWER, we’re on a mission to change lives by providing compassionate, high-quality behavioral health services to individuals experiencing homelessness. As our Licensed Therapist, you’ll help individuals rewrite their stories through individual, family, and group therapy sessions—both in-person and via telehealth. You’ll collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team and community partners to create meaningful, lasting change. This position primarily operates within the Homeless Services Day Campus setting with occasional telehealth services.

What You’ll Do

• Lead evidence-based therapy sessions that inspire hope and healing.
• Provide substance misuse counseling and crisis intervention as needed.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and track client progress.
• Partner with case managers, support staff, and community resources.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, monthly staff meetings, and case consultations.

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related human services field.
• Active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience providing mental health and/or substance use treatment.
• Compassion for serving vulnerable populations—experience with individuals experiencing

homelessness is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, Level II background screening, and negative drug screening required.
