POSITION SUMMARY

The VP, Enterprise Analytics is a key member of the leadership team responsible for driving financial performance across a high-growth, private equity–backed teleradiology platform.

This role partners closely with the CEO, CFO, and clinical/operational leaders to optimize radiologist productivity, unit economics, and service delivery efficiency. The VP will lead information gathering and analysis across the enterprise while embedding financial discipline into daily operations to accelerate EBITDA growth and support value creation initiatives.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with operations, clinical, and technology leadership to optimize enterprise information flow and analysis

• Analyze productivity metrics (e.g., wRVUs, reads per shift) and drive improvement initiatives

• Assist operations and clinical leadership with aligning staffing models to volume demand and growth projections

• Support evaluation of site-level and client-level profitability

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in a private equity environment

• Build driver-based analytical models tied to volume, pricing, and labor

• Identify and execute EBITDA expansion opportunities (e.g. pricing, cost structure, mix shift and labor cost initiatives)

• Support board reporting and investor updates

• Develop a deep understanding of per-unit economics by practice, relationship, and site

• Partner on pricing strategy for new contracts and renewals

• Analyze payor mix and reimbursement trends

• Design and maintain dashboards for clinical, operational and financial metrics

• Implement real-time reporting tools to support decision-making

• Support diligence for add-on acquisitions and build financial models for targets

• Lead all analytics related to physician compensation models in partnership with subject matter experts from physician compensation administration

• Identify synergies and cost optimization opportunities across the enterprise

• Act as a strategic partner to clinical leadership, operations, and sales teams

• Translate clinical, operational, and financial insights into actionable operational improvements

• Support building scalable and adaptable enterprise analytics stack

• Partner with technology leadership to develop enterprise EDW and leverage technology stack to drive required initiatives

• Drive automation and continuous process improvement initiatives


Requirements

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Strong understanding of healthcare services economics, with a focus on physician-driven or teleradiology models

• Deep knowledge of operational finance and resource utilization, including productivity metrics (e.g., wRVUs, utilization, turnaround time) and labor cost management

• Advanced analytical modeling skills, including driver-based models tied to key operational, clinical and financial metrics

• Ability to analyze and translate large, complex datasets into actionable business insights

• Experience building and managing KPI dashboards and performance reporting frameworks

• Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement dynamics, payor mix, and contract structures

• Strong understanding of EDW concepts and ability to partner with technology resources and act as business subject matter   expert

• Ability to partner effectively with clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders to translate enterprise analytical needs and concepts into operational actions

• Strong business acumen with the ability to link clinical and operational drivers to financial outcomes

• Proven ability to identify and execute EBITDA improvement initiatives

• Experience in fast-paced, data-driven, and resource-constrained environments

• Excellent communication and influencing skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership and private equity sponsors

• High proficiency in financial and data tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools, and financial systems)

• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required

• MBA, CPA, or other advanced degree/designation preferred

• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in analytics, with a strong emphasis on clinical, operational, and financial performance

• Prior experience in a private equity–backed company strongly preferred

• Experience in healthcare services required; exposure to teleradiology, radiology groups, or physician services highly preferred

• Proven track record of building analytical models and driving business performance improvements

• Experience working closely with clinical, operations and/or technology teams in a high-growth environment

• Experience developing and scaling finance processes, systems, and teams in a growing organization


WORK ENVIRONMENT 

This role operates in a fast-paced, private equity–backed environment where expectations for performance, accountability, and impact are high. The Finance VP, Operations & Analytics will work closely with executive leadership, clinical teams, and operational stakeholders in a highly collaborative but data-driven setting. The environment is dynamic and evolving, with frequent prioritization shifts driven by growth initiatives, acquisition activity, and margin improvement goals. Success in this role requires comfort operating with ambiguity, a hands-on approach to problem solving, and the ability to influence both clinical and corporate functions.
