About the Role: 

As an Identity Platform (Entra) Engineer at Cascadia Healthcare, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise identity and access management solutions, with a focus on security, automation, governance, and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with the IT team to deliver secure and scalable identity services that support our mission.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Entra ID and related identity services.  
  • Manage identity lifecycle processes including user provisioning, access reviews, entitlement management, and role-based access control.  
  • Implement and support authentication technologies including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and passwordless authentication.  
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts for identity administration and operational tasks (PowerShell required).  
  • Develop automation solutions using Microsoft Graph and PowerShell.  
  • Support identity integrations with cloud and third-party applications.  
  • Monitor and optimize identity security posture, governance controls, and access policies.  
  • Assist with compliance initiatives and identity-related security controls.  
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.  
  • Collaborate with IT, engineering, and security teams on projects, audits, and incident response activities.  
  • Participate in process improvements and technical troubleshooting.  

 

Nice to Have: 

  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and device identity management.  
  • Experience with Active Directory and hybrid identity environments.  
  • Experience with AWS IAM, Okta, Ping Identity, or similar identity platforms.  
  • Experience with access reviews, entitlement management, and lifecycle workflows.  
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications with SSO and automated provisioning technologies.  
  • Advanced troubleshooting and incident response experience.  
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert).  
  • Experience in healthcare environments. 
Requirements

 Required Qualifications: 

  • 3–5 years of experience in identity and access management, directory services, or cloud engineering.  
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID and PowerShell.  
  • Experience with Microsoft identity technologies including Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, Identity Governance, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).  
  • Experience developing automation solutions using Microsoft Graph and PowerShell. 
Salary Description
$100,000-$120,000 annually
