From your PASSION to ours

Lactalis Heritage Dairy, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Filler based in Tulare.


Reporting to the Production Supervisor(s), the Filler must be able to demonstrate flexibility to work in all aspects of packaging including but not limited to, filler operations, daily and master sanitation of work area and completion of all other duties as required.


From your EXPERTISE to ours


Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:


Provide coverage so that team members can attend meetings, cross-train, and or work on projects.  

Learns multiple jobs as determined by team consensus. 

Assist with period cleaning, downtime, TPM, and other production needs including emergency situations.  

Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines.  Communicate and passdown business information. 

Actively identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. 

Assist with troubleshooting equipment and support maintenance when needed.  

Accountable for the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) standards as outlined in the plant’s QRMP accountability document, including the implementation, improvement and ongoing maintenance.

Adhere to all requirements and process changes related to our Daily Management Systems implementation.

Perform other assignments as needed by team or Steering team.


 HOURS/SCHEDULE: 4:00pm-2:30am with 1 rotating day off during the week

Must work in a safe, sanitary and productive manner in accordance with LHD GMP’s.  

Documented job performance work record and attendance record to be reviewed.

Specialized training or licenses relevant to job.

Good business participation (i.e., Level 1, safety, process improvement)

Performed similar positions in the past.
