Summary
The Casino Marketing Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Casino Marketing Manager and Casino Marketing department, including Casino Promotions, Player Development, VIP initiatives, and Players Club operations.
This position coordinates departmental communications, maintains marketing calendars and documentation, supports promotional and VIP events, and assists with cross-department collaboration to ensure casino marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and consistently.
The Coordinator also provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Players Club while working within the established Players Club leadership structure. This is an entry-level professional position ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual interested in building a career in casino marketing, promotions, Player Development, or casino operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Casino Promotions & Events
- Coordinate the planning, preparation, execution, and follow-up of casino promotions, drawings, giveaways, tournaments, VIP events, and special events.
- Maintain promotional calendars, project timelines, event documentation, checklists, and operational deadlines.
- Coordinate promotional supplies, signage, prizes, equipment, inventory, and other event logistics.
- Assist with event setup, guest registration, prize distribution, drawing procedures, and event breakdown.
- Ensure assigned promotions are executed in accordance with approved rules, internal controls, departmental procedures, and applicable gaming regulations.
- Track promotional participation, prize distribution, inventory, and other operational metrics.
- Prepare post-promotion and post-event recap reports and documentation.
Player Development & VIP Support
- Provide administrative and operational support for Player Development and VIP initiatives.
- Coordinate VIP invitations, guest lists, RSVP tracking, ticketing, hotel accommodations, transportation, and event logistics.
- Maintain accurate VIP records and event information within approved systems and tracking documents.
- Coordinate VIP amenities and experiences with Hotel, Food & Beverage, Golf, Spa, Entertainment, and other resort departments.
- Support Player Development initiatives that strengthen guest relationships, increase engagement, and drive casino visitation.
- Assist with VIP outreach, special projects, and guest engagement programs as assigned.
Players Club Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to Players Club leadership and team members.
- Maintain Players Club forms, promotional materials, operational resources, and department supplies.
- Communicate approved promotions, tier benefits, policies, procedures, and operational updates to Players Club staff.
- Track documentation related to guest communications, promotional activity, tier benefits, and operational initiatives.
- Coordinate Players Club operational needs related to promotions, VIP events, drawings, and special events.
- Identify operational concerns and communicate them to the appropriate Players Club leadership and Casino Marketing Manager.
- Provide floor support during high-volume promotions and special events as needed.
Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Casino Marketing Manager.
- Maintain departmental calendars, meeting schedules, project timelines, and marketing documentation.
- Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, correspondence, and departmental communications.
- Maintain organized department files, policies, procedures, promotional records, and historical documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, monitor project deadlines, and follow up on assigned action items.
- Process invoices, purchase requests, expense documentation, promotional inventory records, and budget tracking as assigned.
- Coordinate the ordering and inventory of departmental and promotional supplies.
- Support departmental projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
Cross-Department Coordination
- Serve as a communication resource between Casino Marketing, Players Club, Player Development, and other resort departments.
- Communicate approved event details, timelines, operational updates, and logistical changes to appropriate stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure deliverables are completed according to promotional timelines.
- Assist with operational meetings supporting promotions, VIP events, and marketing initiatives.
- Identify potential operational challenges, exercise sound judgment, and escalate issues to the Casino Marketing Manager when appropriate.
- Build positive working relationships across departments to support successful execution of casino marketing initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of guest, player, financial, and proprietary business information.
- Deliver professional, courteous, and guest-focused service to guests and team members.
- Comply with all gaming regulations, internal controls, company policies, and departmental procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support promotions, events, and operational activities that may occur during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

S.I.G.E. TRIBAL - STATE COMPACT & ACCOUNTING & INTERNAL CONTROL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for Internal Control and Compact compliance regarding Casino Operations and ensure compliance with regulations of the Tribal Gaming Commission.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree or coursework in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Communications, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
- Entry-level candidates with strong organizational and customer service skills are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in casino operations, hospitality, customer service, marketing, promotions, event coordination, or administrative support preferred.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Class III Gaming License issued by the Washington State Gambling Commission.
- Must have valid Washington State Driver’s License.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
