Nortons is looking for a professional and responsible Maintenance / Cleaning Crew Member for our daily restaurant operations.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Beverage Server to join our team in a dynamic dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Beverage Server, you will be responsible for serving beverages to guests, ensuring their satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and service quality.

Duties

DAILY

· Sweep/mop kitchen floor and hose down anti fatigue floor mats. 

· Clean employee and guest restrooms. 

· Vacuum all carpet areas inside dining rooms and office.

· Empty waste baskets.

· Dust windowsills.

· Sweep and mop all hard surface floors in inside bar area, upper dining room, and porch deck.

· Wash glass doors.

· Remove spider webs and bugs from exterior of building.

· Sweep hardscape areas on the lakefront and entrance, Dock Bar, and outdoor tables/chairs.

· Pick up trash from planter areas and lawns. 

PERIODICALLY AS NEEDED

· Clean kitchen hood vents with degreaser

· Wash windows and glass partitions.

· Wash vinyl windows on the porch.

· Use leaf blower/broom to clean parking lot.

· Use battery powered power washer to clean the pier.

· Remove bird nests from building.

· Clean signs at entrance of parking lot.

· Power wash sidewalks and dumpster areas.

· Power wash building.

· Other tasks as needed.

MINOR MAINTENACE EXAMPLES

· Fix doorknobs.

· Replace light bulbs.

· Touch up paint. 

· Assemble new furniture.

· Clean out rain gutter downspouts.

· Other tasks as needed.
