L2 Brands is home to a family of industry-leading brands — League, Legacy, Ouray, Locale and Wild Tribute — built on a passion for branded apparel, headwear, and licensed consumer products. We are a growth-oriented company driven by strong customer relationships, innovative product, and a culture of accountability.
About the Role
L2's Strategic Accounts team manages some of our largest and most important retail partnerships — including Dick's Sporting Goods, Rally House, Fanatics, and Lids/LidsU. We're looking for a Strategic Accounts Coordinator to help keep those partnerships running smoothly, from the moment a customer places an order to the moment it ships.
This role sits right at the intersection of sales, operations, and customer success. You'll translate customer demand into accurate, on-time order fulfillment — coordinating with account managers, IT, production, and external buyers to keep orders moving and accounts healthy. If you're the kind of person who loves a clean spreadsheet, never lets a follow-up slip through the cracks, and gets genuine satisfaction from closing the loop, this role is built for you.
What You'll Do
Order Management & Execution
- Manage end-to-end order flow across assigned strategic accounts, from customer product request through EDI transmission and fulfillment
- Coordinate SKU setup submissions with IT and reformat returned SKU/UPC data into each customer's unique item template
- Monitor open orders, backlog, and shipment timelines; proactively flag delays or capacity risks to account managers
- Track new art creation for customer orders with the creative team, ensuring artwork is finalized and approved in time to avoid delays
- Support EDI troubleshooting alongside IT and customer portals to ensure accurate order transmission and acknowledgment
Account Support & Communication
- Serve as a day-to-day operational point of contact for assigned accounts, responding to inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
- Coordinate with production, creative, IT, and sales to support new product setups, specialty collection launches, and seasonal buys
- Track customer selection and setup timelines; maintain organized records of open items, approvals, and follow-up actions
- Assist with chargeback research, dispute documentation, and resolution coordination
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Maintain and update order tracking reports, status logs, and account-specific documentation
- Support the team's use of internal tools and systems (ERP, Excel-based trackers, EDI portals); contribute ideas for workflow improvements
- Participate in team meetings, account reviews, and cross-departmental syncs
About the Team
You'll join a tight-knit Strategic Accounts team managing four of L2's largest retail partnerships. We operate at high volume with significant cross-departmental impact, coordinating daily with IT, production, and creative to move product through a complex, EDI-driven order ecosystem. We value precision, communication, and ownership — and we take pride in being the link between what our customers need and what we deliver.
If you thrive on structure, love solving the puzzle behind a complex order, and want to be part of a team that keeps some of the biggest names in retail running smoothly — we'd love to hear from you.
