What Will You Do?
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for various amount of jobs across NC, SC, FL. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will do the following:
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Responsible for job postings and advertisement processes along with applicant screening and prequalifying candidates.
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Paid Time Off specific for Volunteerism in the community
What qualification do you need?
The Talent Acquisition Specialist needs the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of two years recruiting experience preferred.
- Mental Health prior experience, a plus!
- Ability to think outside the box and bring forth new and innovative recruitment ideas to Thompson.
- Strong desire to be part of a growing organization.
- Adaptable to change and ability to honor, respect and celebrate the differences of the people and programs we serve.
