Overview:
The Production Planning Administrator will be responsible for assisting with store fixture orders, external requests from field, layout postings & assistant to the Director of Retail Production Planning.
Essential Functions:
- Assist and support the Director of Fixture Planning & Production with daily administrative functions
- Assist the Fixture Planning Administrator with communicating with our fixture warehouse management throughout season to gauge their production needs and resolve any fixture issues that they encounter
- Storefront signs install and removals
- Create fixture pick orders upon request
- Assist with store setup questions and offer solutions using assembly instructions and store layouts
- Make outbound calls to return voicemails and follow up with operator/manager fixture issues
- Ensure that all ACTS requests are addressed
- Handle work orders and repairs for stores
- Assist in operator relationship management
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
- Follow office/department workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Site Inspections - Survey opening stores to gauge service levels and resolve issues
- Support team with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.)
- Work with operators to resolve fixture or build issues
- Field visits to assist with store builds
- Showroom builds as needed
Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
- Experience in customer service will be a plus
- Outstanding knowledge & proficiency of Excel & Word
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work 45 hours per week, 8am-6pm Monday-Friday
