What You'll Be Doing
Every day is a little different, but you can expect to:
- Operate heavy equipment including loaders, haul trucks, excavators, and dozers.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
- Put safety first—always—while following company policies and industry regulations.
- Work outdoors in an active quarry environment where no two days are exactly alike.
- Team up with supervisors and coworkers to keep production moving efficiently.
- Use your experience and problem-solving skills to help tackle challenges and keep operations on track.
- Pitch in wherever needed because great teams help each other succeed.
You're a Great Fit If You...
- Have experience operating heavy equipment.
- Enjoy working outside and don't mind getting a little dusty.
- Take pride in working safely and doing the job right.
- Like staying busy and working as part of a team.
- Don't mind occasional overtime or weekend work when production calls for it.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Quarry, mining, construction, or aggregate experience.
- Preventive maintenance or equipment lubrication experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
