Your Impact
As an Administrative Professional, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Grand Rapids office. You will help create a positive experience for clients, visitors, and team members while ensuring administrative processes run efficiently and accurately. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes pride in staying organized, and understands how attention to detail, responsiveness, and customer service contribute to the success of the entire firm.
How You Will Add Value
- Provide administrative support to team members across the firm
- Scan, organize, and maintain client and internal documentation
- Assist with tax and engagement-related administrative processes
- Serve as backup receptionist support, including greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
- Assemble, sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinate document preparation, copying, filing, and other office support tasks
- Maintain conference rooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a professional and welcoming environment
- Support firm events, meetings, and office initiatives as needed
- Perform occasional off-site administrative errands, including delivering mail to the post office and purchasing office supplies
- Assist with special projects and other administrative responsibilities as assigned
What We Are Looking For
- Previous administrative support experience in a professional office environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience operating office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and multi-function printers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently while also supporting a collaborative team environment
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to assist wherever needed
